1.Is your community gated?
Yes, it is.
2. Do you allow pets?
Yes. We are pet friendly and have a fenced dog park!
We require a $200 NR fee per pet. There is a 50 lb. weight limit and some breed restrictions.
3. Do you supply washers and dryers?
We will provide stackable washer/dryer units in our Buckeye and Emperor apartments.
We have w/d connections in our Peacock and Monarch apartments.
4.What are the bus stops near your property?
There is a bus stop across the street with round trips to UF, Shands Hospital and the city of Gainesville.
Routes are #1 – UF/Shands; and #12 – City, UF/Shands
5. What is the shortest term lease you offer?
7 months.
6.What specials are you offering?
We currently offer one month free rent on all 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with a signed lease and appropriate deposit payments.

7.What public schools are you zoned for?
Littlewood Elementary School, Kanapaha Middle School, and Buchholz High School
8. What is the nearest shopping plaza?
We are located directly across the street from Butler Plaza, the largest retail center in Gainesville with 87
stores including grocery, hardware, clothing, furniture, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, movie theaters and specialty retailers.
9. How close are you to I-75?
We’re 2 minutes away.
10. Do you offer job or school transfer addendum?
Yes, we offer both.
11. Do you have a 24 hour laundry facility on site?
Yes, we do. Our washer/dryers accept coins and pre-paid cards.
12. Do you have a 24 hour fitness center?
Yes, with cardio- and strength machine, free weights and saunas.
13. Do you have alarm systems in your units?
We have intrusion alarms in each unit and you have the option to have your alarm monitored by our alarm
company for a small additional monthly charge.
14. What renovations have you made to apartments?
We replaced carpeting, added ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and entryways. We added new wood cabinetry in the kitchen and baths; upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures; added 6 panel wood doors throughout; and, added ceiling fans with light kits in all bedrooms and living areas. All buildings have been repainted and landscaping has been upgraded. We added a fenced dog park and installed wrought iron fencing and electronic access gates. All clubhouse amenities have been upgraded – fitness center, computer center, billiards room and saunas; tennis courts have been resurfaced.
